Eelco de Gee's background is in in touring and live production, with extensive experience as Tour Manager in Europe and as Light Engineer. In recent years, that experience has been combined with a career in Sales and Business Development.
That mix shapes the management approach: understand the realities of touring, communicate clearly with artists and crews, and treat opportunities with the discipline of a commercial pipeline.
